Products purchased from this Online Chart Service are NOT refundable.
You will receive the product ordered and it will have the same features as the sample report of the product you order. These products are professionally developed and of high quality, and there are no refunds on purchases of reports via the automated online chart service.
If you made a mistake entering the birth data, however, you may contact us within 30-days from date of purchase so we can re-produce the report for you at no extra charnge. Provide us the name of the report that you purchased, the date of your purchase, the name of the person that you used to purchase this product, and the last 4 digit of the credit card that you used. In order to obtain this service, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Cosmic Patterns Software, Inc.
If you do not receive an e-mail response from Cosmic Patterns after placing your order, please provide us the information described in the preceding paragraph, and we will forward the e-mail message to you again.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims:
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, and possible legal action.
